Family Birthing Center
Effective February 18, 2025, labor and delivery services at St. Rose Hospital will be suspended. This decision was made due to a consistent decrease in the number of births at SRH, which has created challenges in maintaining a sustainable, high-quality birthing service for our community.
Our commitment to providing exceptional care for Hayward and Alameda County residents remains strong. We are actively exploring ways to reimagine birthing services at SRH and hope to offer new options in the future.
