Check-in & Discharge

When you or your family member require admission to St. Rose Hospital, an admissions representative will help complete the necessary registration information. You will be asked to sign a general consent and provide a copy of your health insurance card. You will then be given a wristband that identifies you while you’re a patient here. Please do not remove this wristband until you are discharged from the hospital.

When you are ready to be discharged, your doctor will write an order for your discharge from the hospital. Once that order is written, you may leave to go home. Discharge time is 11:00 am each day.
