Support Groups
St. Rose Support Groups
St. Rose sponsors a number of support group organizations to provide encouragement from a network of friends who understand what you are going through. These groups include:
Alcoholics Anonymous
- SOS, a help/intervention group, meets at St. Rose Hospital each Friday, 7:30 to 9 p.m. For more information, contact Alcoholics Anonymous at (510) 839-8900.
- Pot-O-Gold, a words-of-wisdom group, meets at St. Rose Hospital each Saturday from 7:30 to 9 p.m. For more information, contact Alcoholics Anonymous at (510) 839-8900.

Cancer Center Support Group
The cancer Center has support groups specifically for patients including I Can Cope.
This group meets on the first Saturday of each month from 10am to noon. Call Pastoral Care at (510) 264-4050 for more information.[top]
Grief Support Group
This group meets on Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm. Call Pastoral Care at (510) 264-4050 for more information and session dates.

Myasthenia Gravis
This group meets at St. Rose Hospital on the last Sunday, every other month from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. For more information, contact Robert Boike (510) 792-6141.
