St. Rose Hospital established its Guest Relations program in June 2008 to serve as a liaison between patients and hospital departments.  As a patient advocate, the role of the Guest Relations department is to ensure we exceed patient expectations and help to improve their overall hospital experience.

We Service You
Our dedicated staff offers a patient-centered approach that goes beyond just medical treatment.  We work with you to treat each patient as a guest and friend of the hospital.  The Guest Relations manager visits patients on a daily basis to greet them, resolve problems, receive staff appreciations and discuss the patient satisfaction survey program.  Our goal is to ensure all patients leave St. Rose Hospital satisfied and willing to recommend our services to their family and friends.
