St. Rose Hospital Rehabilitation Services offer an interdisciplinary approach to rehabilitation to help patients recover quickly and resume normal daily activities. We address treatment goals from a variety of perspectives and provide both inpatient and outpatient therapy for a superior system of care management. In doing so, patients are able to go from hospitalized therapy to outpatient therapy without interruption, allowing greater continuity in care.
