Notice of Public Meeting on Proposed Management and Sale of St. Rose Hospital

The California Attorney General will conduct a public meeting on Monday, December 17, 2012 beginning at 2:00 p.m. to receive comments on the proposed management and sale of St. Rose Hospital and to consider the Health Care Impact Report prepared by consultants engaged by the Attorney General in connection with the Attorney General’s review of this transaction, as required by Corporations Code section 5914 et seq.

 

The meeting will be held at:

Hayward, California 94541

 

The owners and sellers are Hayward Sisters Hospital (doing business as St. Rose Hospital), a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, and Saint Rose Medical Building, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. The proposed manager and buyer is Alecto Healthcare Services Hayward LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation.

 

The terms of the proposed transaction are set forth in a Notice to the Attorney General, and a copy is available for public inspection in the Administration Office at St. Rose Hospital, 27200 Calaroga Avenue Hayward, CA 94545.
