About the St. Rose Hospital Foundation

“The St. Rose Hospital Foundation is proud to serve St. Rose Hospital and the community for over 40 years. As the Cardiac STEMI Receiving Center in Southern Alameda County, we are proud to have built a strong reputation for outstanding cardiology, emergency, diagnostics and women’s services. This has all been made possible through the commitment of our donors and supporters that believe in our mission to meet the Hospital’s current and future needs.”

Michael Cobb

St. Rose Hospital Foundation Executive Director

Founded in 1977, the St. Rose Hospital Foundation is a tax-exempt, not-for-profit organization that was created to support the mission to provide quality healthcare to all those in need. The Foundation is devoted to the development of financial resources through fundraising events, grant writing and planned giving. Since opening, the Foundation has raised over $18 million.

As a not-for-profit community hospital, we seek out philanthropic gift giving to help fund the Hospital’s services, programs and capital improvements. The generosity of those who give to the Foundation makes a crucial difference in our ability to fulfill our mission to the community. The Foundation is grateful for the generosity of all donors who choose to support us and the community.

This is all done in an effort to ensure the health and well-being of our patients, their families and the community at large. If you would like more information about how you can become involved, please call the Foundation Office at (510) 264-4139.

The Mission
