Check-in and Discharge

When you (or your family member) require admission to St. Rose, an admissions representative will help complete the necessary registration information. You’ll be asked to sign a general consent, provide a copy of your health insurance card, and inventory any valuables you may have. You’ll then be given a wristband that identifies you while you’re a patient here. Please do not remove this wristband until you’re discharged from St. Rose.

When you’re medically ready to leave St. Rose, your doctor will write an order for your discharge from the hospital. Once that order is written, you may leave to go home. Discharge time is 11:00 a.m. each day.
